AS indicated in another paragraph, H.M.F. is to discuss the question of .co-operation with "certain independent associations in Lancashire. If they get together with, say, the National Conference Of Road Transport Groups', as one Federation, this should prove quite an important body. Such a move is being talked about, and it is necessary to keep it in mind.
