I Be aware of people around you who might be able to see your PIN number when you are using the card at a retail site.
• Be prepared to quote your fleet identification number/vehicle registration number and odometer reading at the service station.
• Check all transaction details are correct on the sales voucher before you sign it. Always retain your copy of the sales voucher, as this is your record of the transaction.
• If your fuel card is stolen, or you believe that your PIN has been disclosed, you must notify the card issuer immediately by phone. In some cases your company must also confirm the loss or theft of the card in writing.
