Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A33 ft. version of the Leyland Atlantean double-deck chassis will, in fact, go into production following an order for 47 18 ft. 6 in. wheelbase models from Manchester City Transport. This confirms speculation recorded by COMMERCIAL MOTOR on November 18 1966. The order is half of a bulk order for 94 33 ft. double-deck bus chassis, the balance to be built by Daimler Transport Vehicles Ltd. who will supply an 18 ft. 6 in. wheelbase version of the Fleetline chassis.

Gardner 6LX engines will be fitted to all except five of the Fleetlines which will have Gardner 6LXB engines for evaluation purposesThe Atlanteam will have 0.680 Leyland engines. All 94 buses will have power-assisted steering and handbrakes. Total cost of the chassis will be £354,000.

A decision regarding the bodywork for these vehicles has been deferred, following changes to the layout specification. It is understood that the buses will be designed for one-man Operation and will probably have a separate entrance and exit arrangement.
