Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

At any hearing which might result in disciplinary action, the employee is entitled to a companion. This can be any trade union representative or a fellow employee. A companion is entitled to address you on procedure or other rights and to make statements about the case within a well regulated procedure. This does net Include answering questions an behalf of the employee or witnesses and nor does it include obstruction of the proper process.
