The first and obvious line is to ensui compliance with Drivers' Holt] Regulations. That largely lies within yot enforcement procedures. But have yc thought of taking it further? What about rule along these lines?
"The employer will ensure your prop, daily rest periods. You are required ensure that you take proper rest and slet in those periods. If you pursue activi which prevents that, then you may 1 liable to dismissal for endangering ti safety of yourself and other road users. 1 any event, the employer will have the rig. to refuse permission to work and you w not be paid."
