Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALLEGATIONS that BRS Roadline is being used to carry soft-core pornography are being investigated by the company.

The editor of a chain of magazines has said that the company is being given thousands of pounds worth of business by dealers whose goods could fall foul of the Post Office Act but have not been outlawed under the Obscene Publications Act.

But this week a spokesman for Roadline denied that the company was carrying anything illegal. "We can find no trace of this lady at the address given to us and we are making personal representations to check on the validity of the statement," he said.

"We are certainly not carrying anything illegal," he said, "but if a customer makes a false declaration of the contents of a parcel then we couldn't hope to find out unless we had outside information."
