Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hands Trailers Ltd., Letchworth, has received an order to build 42 single-axle semi-trailers for the Ideal-Standard Group of companies, based at Hull. Ideal-Standard will use the trailers to distribute bathroom products, vitreous chinaware and heating equipment to builders' merchants and building sites throughout the country.

The semi-trailers, Hands USSF 130 straight frame types, will be used with Commer-Dodge tractive units which have been converted for coupling to the trailers by Halmo Engineering and Construction Ltd. Each articulated vehicle will operate at 16 tons g.c.w., the trailer having a plated gross weight of 12.75 tons.

The vehicles were ordered through Hands Trailers' Hull agent, Triangle Motor Co. Ltd., and deliveries are scheduled to be completed by June this year.

• As part of its Golden Jubilee celebrations in 1970 the Automotive Products Group is sponsoring a race meeting at Silverstone on Saturday, August 15 on the Grand Prix Circuit.

To be known as the "AP Trophy Meeting", the event will be organized by the British Racing and Sports Car Club.
