Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The MAN F90 cab was launched in 1986, evolving into the F2000 in 1994. A sturdy and handsome design, it found its way on to MAN's Austrian marques, OAF and the particularly smart-looking Steyr. The cab was also used for the joint venture MAZ-MAN range produced in Belarus from 1998.

Following MAN's acquisition of ERF in 2000, the F2000 cab appeared on Middlewich-built ECS trucks and later on the Austrian-built ECM. By 2000 the TGA cab was replacing the F2000, which went on to enjoy a new lease of life in China. Several brands are using the design, including Shaanxi, CCAT and Young MAN, whose slogan is 'MAN quality and Chinese price'. In an unusual twist, Shaanxi has now started to supply the F2000 cab to Europe, in a deal that sees the Ukrainian Kraz company (pictured) use the design as an option on its range of three-axle construction chassis.
