Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Transit is a new multi-functional fuel management system from FT&P of Banbury. It is based on IBM compatible components and is operated via an 80 column by 25 line touch sensitive screen.

When fueling a vehicle the operator can opt for key or magnetic card entry with other information like PIN number, vehicle registration/fleet number and odometer reading being requested if required. Once the fuel is dispensed the amount, time, date and vehicle number is automatically recorded on a computer disk inside the unit. Stock levels are also

adjusted each time a fuel is dispensed.

Information stored on the disk can be retrieved via the screen, a modern or wired directly to a computer terminal.

Being computer based the information is available in a number of ways: By vehicle; fleet; fuel consumption or in other ways as the operator requires.

Each unit can control up to six functions. These can be fuel pumps or can include vehicle washers and security barriers.
