Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

1-1. A SERIES 2 steel coil carrier is announced by the York Trailer Co.

Ltd. this week. Although . of similar appearance to the first model, it incorporates an entirely new frame design, and has, at 53.5 in. unladen, a lower platform height than the previous version.

York have abandoned the manufactured deep pressed main rail in favour of new main-frame members built in the company's own fabrication shop. The new beams incorporate pressed steel members, but the frame depth is 2 in. less than previously, the well being suitably reinforced to make up for the reduced section. The new design provides a well length of 13 ft., compared with 12 ft. previously, which permits a load of nine 11/2-ton coils. Other dimensions of the well are as before. Features which bring the new model in line with current York practice are the anti-under-run rear bumper, together with one-piece stop/tail/reflector and flasher units, and cycle-type mudwings have been replaced by mudflaps.

Standard lengths are 24 ft. and 26 ft., with an 8-ft.-wide version as an option to the standard 7-ft. 6-in.-wide model. The 24-ft. model weighs 3 tons 14 cwt.
