WJE regret to record the deaths of Mr. IN A. B. Course, Mr. J. E. Moffatt and Mr. J. W. Southerington.

Mr. Course, of St. Ives, Hunts, who introduced the first bus service to the town and district, has died at his home at the age of 88. He bought his first bus in 1920 and eventually had seven, before selling out a bigger concern.

Mr. Moffatt, head of a family haulage business at Hetton-le-Hole, Co. Durham, has died at the age of 48.

Mr. Southerington, senior partner !n the long established firm of W. Southerington and Son at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, died recently in hospital at the age of 60.
