Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A ROAD Haulage Association scheme to set up a section for executives, managers and trainees between 18 and 35 is expected to get off the ground in the near future.

The scheme is designed to encourage young members to join the RHA at an early age, and it will be open to students on recognised courses as well as those already working.

Known as the Young Executive Section (YES), its activities will include visits to transport places of interes seminars, courses and sock events.
