Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• On page 32 of Commercial Motor, 16-22 March, there was a picture of a Ford Fiesta after it had come into close contact with a stationary semi-trailer.

The Hawk stated that the trailer was Dutch registered, even though there is a UK number plate hanging from the tailboard on the offside corner — CEX 6307. Does this not make it UK registered at the moment, even though it does also appear to have a Dutch number plate on the rear underrun bumper? This in no way detracts from the content of the article, every word of which makes good, common sense.
