Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALTHOUGH the United Kingdom has more vintage commercial vehicle enthusiasts to the hectare than anywhere else, the movement shows signs of catching on in other European countries. There, except for museums and other official collections, cherished veterans have generally been kept in purdah, but this year the nucleus of a new private collection in Germany will be open to public view.

Trucks and fire engines from the mid-Thirties and early farm tractors will be shown along with almost 200 large-scale truck models at Dissen, near Osnabrlick. The collection will be on view every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and all day Sunday from April 15 to October 15.

The models are of particular value in tracing the history of makers such as Vomag, Durkopp, NAG and Henschel. They are supported by photographs, drawings and specifications containing a wealth of material about long-forgotten German makes such as Mannesmann, Daag, Primus and the 1931 Henschel steam bus built in cooperation with Doble of the USA.
