Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The vehicle, a recovery truck, was in a collision after leaving the road at 60mph. The driver had travelled about 450 miles in eight hours, so could not have stopped much and this was on roads that are not the UK's most user-friendly.

It was stated in court that the driver had a medical condition called cataplexy,"a form of sleep disorder where muscles are struck by sudden and short bouts of weakness and the patient slumps[and is most severe when the patient is tired].

Is this not an issue that the USE and Vasa should be investigating vigorously? The recovery industry is one of the few where many state you need flexibility. However, there are many questions that require answers in this case.
