David Lowe, 37, who previously operated an independent transport consultancy, has joined Ailsa Trucks Ltd, UK concessionaire for Volvo Trucks, as sales service manager. Mr Lowe was at one time a member of the staff of CM.

Victor P. Rigby, 51, works director of the hydraulics division of Edbro Ltd, Bolton, for the past six years, has been elected to the board of Edbro (Holdings) Ltd.

F. David Ross, 52, has been promoted sales director of Reynolds Boughton Ltd.
