• Parcelforce Worldwide is launching a next-day courier service to Iberia. Nextday delivery is now guaranteed to Barcelona and Madrid in Spain by 17:30hrs. Four new courses are on offer; they take the form of one-day seminars at RI-IA Computer Services' training centre in Hertfordshire. The modules are Introduction to Computers and Computer Systems; Accounts, Financial Administration and Financial Reporting Vehicle Management, Operations Support and Cost Analysis; and How to Get the Best from the Internet.
