Twenty Carlyle II — bodied Sherpas start running on two routes out of the complex on 27 May. The frequency will be every ten minutes. Each has 20 seats and is in a silver livery with the trade name, Merryhilt Minibuses on the side.
Jones said that it was expected the fleet would expand to 100 within the year. The routes are commercial, he added, and not supported financially by the local authority.
