But he is up against Mr Russett who has been in the industry for many years and is well respected by many members of the RHA.
Retiring national chairman Jack Male has suffered illness and personal tragedy during his two years as chairman and it has been Mr Silbermann who has taken on many of the tasks of the chairman during the past two years.
