Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE Swedish Forces have been testing the new Scania LBA 110 and LBAT 110 trucks and the second series of prototypes is now being delivered. These are all-wheel-drive twoand three-axle units even closer to their civilian counterparts than the German army vehicles. The new Scanias are designed to permit rapid servicing and repair under field conditions. The tilt cab in combination with the engine set well back in the chassis gives good accessibility and it is claimed that an engine change can be completed in four hours.

Electric cables and other connections are fitted with quick-release connectors and special mounting points allow the body to be taken off without the use of tools. The LBA 110 with a gvw of 12,900kg carries a 4,500kg payload over obstacles 15in, high, and is powered by the D 11 engine of 190 bhp. The turbo-charged DS 11 260 bhp engine is fitted to the 6 x 6 LBAT 110 for a payload of 6,000kg plus a trailer of up to 9 tons and is intended as an artillery tractor. Tyre sizes up to 14.00-20 can be used and this enables the ground pressures to be no more than 3kg/sq.cm (42 psi). Minimum ground clearance is 15in. Transmission options include a 10-speed (range-change) gearbox and hydraulic transmission integral with the transfer box.
