A licensing scheme for public service vehicles is being set up in the C.M.U.A. Liverpool and North Wales Division. It will be inaugurated at a meeting in April, which will be addressed by Mr.
F. A. Walker, the passenger expert for the C.M.U.A, headquarters staff.
