Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Public cellular radio phones. which operate with credit cards, are being installed for the first time on two routes to provide travellers with the opportunity to phone while on the move.

London buses is co-operating with the West Midlands PTE and Eastbourne Buses, to instal Racal Creditfones on eight coaches on its London to Birmingham (Londonliner) route and London to Eastbourne route.

The phones operate like conventional coin phones, except that the call is charged against the caller's credit card.

The cost of the call is displayed throughout the call. Charges are 70p for the first 38 seconds and 20p for each subsequent 15 seconds.

London Buses says the Creditfone is on trial on these two routes, and if it proves successful, it will be introduced on other premium services.

Racal claims that the phone needs to be used for at least 200 to 250 minutes each month to make its installation economically worthwhile.
