RALPH HILTON, 5 former chairman of Rail Hilton Transport Servic Ltd, was remanded on bail Greenwich magistrate court last week on two fre charges. One was of co spiring to publish a falsifil profit and loss sheet, and t other of falsifying compa records with a view personal gain. He was al appearing on remand (C May 31) accused conspiring to falsify dot ments purporting to be co invoices made for accou ing purposes relating to company on dates betwe August 1 and October 1972.

Mr Hilton and Skinner were reman until July 31 to appeal Wells Street magistrE court.
