Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW Ross Group depot which proI-1 vides greatly improved facilities for the assembly and dispatch of fresh fish is being operated at Grimsby.

The single-span 100-ft. by .60-ft. building has been designed to embody the many features found necessary in the rapid handling of fish for daily delivery to all parts of the country. The main assembly hall, of pre-cast concrete and brick construction with an unobstructed floor area Of 5,500 sq. ft., enables the simultaneous loading of up to seven 8-ton container vehicles and provides ample space for the handling of many hundred boxes of fish.

Vehicles for loading are drawn up beneath the protective external canopy, end-on to the loading stations in the side of the building, and do not enter the main hall. The loading stations are closed by roller shutters when not in use. Boxed fish for dispatch is transported from the nearby factories to the assembly hall by Scammell articulated vehicles.

Office accommodation for the transport manager and his staff, toilet facilities and a drivers' rest room are all conveniently sited within the main building. Also provided in the new depot are a number of electric points to which refrigerated vehicles can be connected out of working hours to relieve their own generating equipment.
