New Plant: International Harvester Co. is planning to build a " multi-million dollar' lorry manufacturing and assembly plant to replace its present Springfield. Ohio. facilities now deemed too old for efficient production. I.H. has increased its estimates for its 1963 lorry production and now considers that output will be more than 5 per cent higher than the record set last year.
