Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The Drivers Action Movement (DAM) is calling on its 1,000 members to boycott Shell products because of the way the firm is treating the owner of a cafe on the A21 in East Sussex.

Christine SaveII, owner of Sovelloys cafe, has been told that the Shell-owned site is to be repossessed on 10 January despite her offering the company a figure for the price of the site (CM 8-14 December).

Jack Crossfield of DAM says that this is another example of a large corporation bullying the small operator and has called on his 1,000 members and other drivers not to use Shell fuel as a protest. A spokesman for Shell says that Mrs SaveII's offer has not matched other bids and it is duty bound to try to find the highest price for the site.
