Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Several reports have appeared in CM regarding the use of Citizen Band radio. A few weeks ago I did a trip from Halifax, Nova Scotia, to Toronto via Bangor, Portland, Augusta, Maine; Boston, Mass; Albany, Utica, Syracuse, NY Kingston, Oshawa, Ont; and I used my CB all the time talking to truckers and others with CBs regardinc weather down line, accidents bears (police) and lighter sub jects.

I wouldn't be without a CB a a long haul; you meet a lot c interesting people. I even rai across an ex LT driver whili battling down the Mass Pike; o course, the range is limitei about three miles with my rig ii the day and about five at nigh 'depending on the terrain. I hay' talked up to 25 but that is al exception.

I guess the problem in En gland is: which governmen agency is going to get in on thi act? But if they are serious abou saving fuel and avoidinc congestion in heavily traffickec areas, they should give the go ahead. I mean Britain has led ir so many useful inventions ir transport, so surely we can gran the Americans credit for thi: time and fuel saver.
