ALEXANDER is to body all 144 of the Dennis Dominator double-deckers ordered by South Yorkshire PTE. ' Earlier plans (CM, December 8) to have 50 of them fitted with Willowbrook alloy bodies.have been abandoned, and all 144 will conform to a standard design specified already for Leyland Atlanteans in the fleet.
Five 10.6m Leyland National 2s are also on order for city centre services in Doncaster. They will replace a fleet of Seddon Pennine 4/236 midibuses.
