Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LATEST additions to the trailer fleet of Lea Valley Dairies, a member of the Unigate group, are step-framed single-axle units built by Highway Trailers (GB) Ltd. Because its operations entail frequent landing and up lifting of trailers, Lea Valley decided to specify powered landing gear.

There are 12 trailers in the latest intake, each one of 14-tons capacity. The landing gear is powered by air over hydraulic and is operated by a small hand lever controlling a single-acting hydraulic pump. Apart from reducing the effort required to land a trailer with conventional manual landing gear, the Highway Power Gear is claimed to reduce the time taken for each operation by at least 20 per cent.
