Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EXPRESS PARCELS carrier Lex Wilkinson has launched a new next-day delivery service and contract hire distribution service using its own delivery network.

The next-day delivery service is called Nightline and offers door-to-door delivery, morning delivery and Saturday delivery.

The emergency parcel at the end of the day can be accommodated by the service. Any parcel handed in by 9pm to one of its depots will be available for collection at the delivery depot by 10am the following day. And if the parcel is at a depot by 6pm, then it will be delivered to the door the following morning.

Twenty new Mercedes 308D vans have been added to the Nightline fleet and each of Wilkinson's 17 depots will have at least one.

The second new product started by Wilkinson is Systemline. It offers companies a contract hire fleet with their own liveries if required, warehousing, break-bulk and consignment assembly at any of its depots, and the use of the Wilkinson delivery network. The facility is designed to be totally flexible and can be altered to meet the requirements of any company.

To keep in line with its new products, Wilkinson's two to three-day parcel service has been renamed Expressline. The service handles parcels of any size to any destination in the UK, Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

The company's 17 depots range from Southampton to Glasgow. There are 1,000 vehicles based at the depot. All will receive a change of livery over the next two years to keep in line with Wilkinson's move to upgrade its existing services.
