• Fifteen of the 32 men charged with offences concerning thefts from lorries between August 1969 and October 1970 were on Friday further remanded at Cheshunt court, Hertfordshire, until March I. Committal proceedings are expected to last about two weeks with the court sitting four days a week.
Last month the other 17 were sent for trial at Hertfordshire Assizes.
