Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A 200-SPACE truckstop in Holyhead will be opened in autumn 2014, thanks to a1.5m investment from the Betfred betting empire and property developers.

Work on the 14-acre site at Parc Cybi in Anglesey has started and will be managed by Road King — which also runs the Hollies truckstop on the M6 outside Stafford — and is owned by the Done family, who also own Betfred.

Holyhead is the second largest freight port in the country, and the lorry park owners said it would "provide a much-needed facility, which is not currently available".

It will also be used as a driver facility during the construction of the proposed Wylfa nuclear power station.

Road King and Conygar Investment Company have each committed £2.5m to the venture.

Betfred chairman Fred Done said: "This development is a further expansion of the Road King brand and concept following the success of the Hollies truckstop.

"I am pleased to be working with the Conygar team and believe there will be other development opportunities with them in the future."
