ON 13 December a hearing will discuss disciplinary action against LA Freight, based in Dover, and the repute of the transport manager.
TOTAL RELOCATION Services based in Redhill will lodge a new application at a public inquiry on 16 January. The TC will also look at an objection/ representation against the application.
ILFORD-BASED NRM will make a new application at an inquiry on 18 December.
SJ METALS based in Horsham will submit a new application on 18 December at a Pl.
API ON 7 January will discuss disciplinary action against Max's Scaffolding Services based in Lancing. AN INQUIRY on 8 January will I consider disciplinary action in relation to Gregory
Demolition based in Barking.
THE TC WILL look at disciplinary action against Creek Metals (UK) based in Barking at a hearing on 9 January. On the same day, related business Creek Metals will make a new application.
