Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A conversion kit for uprating the Albion Chieftain CH 17 TR and ATR models during the interim braking standards period is now available. No conversion is required for interim standards at 17.75 gross combination weight but the uprating to 19 ton g.c.w. which the kit allows also meets the minimum final standards at that weight. The kit is numbered ASC 61 and is priced £166. If uprated it is obligatory that the imposed load on the rear axle does not exceed 6.5 ton. For conversion to full Code of Practice another kit, ASC 11, price E274 is available.
