Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A PVC-based anti-corrosive coating known as Plastisol Grade 16.200 introduced by Kelseal has a number of applications in transport. This new product will also give protection against abrasion.

Plastisol can be applied by spray or a knife straight onto clean metal; no primer is needed. It will not run and vertical film builds of up to 0.020m. are possible without sagging. When fully cured, it has a low water transmission rate and it is claimed to be flexible at low temperatures. Minimum shear strength is 250 psi. and tensile strength is 350 psi.
