Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIRST production models of 100 newly styled double-deckers for the Birmingham and Midland Motor Omnibus Co., Ltd., have left the assembly lines at Leyland Motors, Ltd. Sixteen of these vehicles are now in the painting and finishing stages, whilst others are in the erection department.

The buses follow the design of the prototype exhibited at the Commercial Motor Show and incorporate several interesting features specified by the operator. The most prominent of these is the full-fronted engine compartment built in conjunction with the driver's half cab. Both these units are constructed integrally with the body and are cantilevered from it, so that there is no independent movement between the driver's compartment and the bonnet.

A detachable false grille replaces the usual Leyland radiator shell. The squab back of the off-side wheelarch seat is detachable and its removal allows a long two-sectioned brace, for operating the lifting jack, to be clamped to the body side frame. The jack itself is stowed below the seat Ventilation sliders are fitted to four of the five lower-deck side windows, and to four of the seven upper-deck side windows.
