VEHICLES going to Londoi new Covent Garden market Nine Elms will be paying a surcharge to enter the mart from this week.
And now the Road Haula Association has protested the increase and has urg hauliers to pass the surchar, on to customers as well giving priority to loads f other markets.
The Association's agricult rat group has asked membe to tell their customers abo the surcharge before they pa it on and to point out th growers and traders at tl market agreed to the ne charge.
A statement from the RH says the implementation , these steps would make clear that penalising roa vehicles was not the right wi to run the market.
