Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN our report of an interview with Mr. E. A.

Lamson, chairman and managing director of Premier Travel Ltd. (COMMERCIAL Moroa, July 15), we inadvertently quoted Mr. G. Bray, area representative, traffic promotion, as saying that he would like to see the need to obtain backings for express services passing through other traffic areas removed.

Mr. Bray was, in fact, referring to new excursions, which he felt could be dealt with solely by the Commissioners for the area in which they originated. After all, only route approval was being sought and picking up in other traffic areas was not involved anyway.

More Fleetlines for Bury: Bury Corporation Transport, which already operates 21 Daimler Fleedine rear engined double-deckers, has ordered another six chassis of this type. Bury already has three extended-wheelbase Fleethrte chassis to form the basis of new single-deck vehicles.

Double-deckers for Rawtenstall? Sanction to borrow £.25,650 for the purchase of four double-deck buses is recommended by the Rawtenstall Corporation transport committee.
