Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD TRUCKS is this season sponsoring five home and five away football matches by Luton Town. The inclusion of away matches — and the farther away the better for me — is, I gather, "a major breakthrough."

The contract between the company and Luton Town is worth up to £350,000 over four years and the club's promotion to the first division is expected to raise local excitement to fever pitch. Vauxhall employees and their families will be able to use special facilities at the football ground and Luton Town players will help to coach Vauxhall footballers.

One good coach deserves another and the team is being provided with a Bedford airconditioned 24-seater. This has television and video, lavatories, catering arrangements, and a physiotherapy bed on which the club's doctor can treat an injured player during the journey from an away match.

Bedford will be advertised on players' shirts and on hoardings, and will receive other forms of promotional support.

I am now waiting for a sportsman or club to sponsor a commercial vehicle manufacturer.

HORSES sweat and Gentlemen perspire. Common people strike for more wages, but a member of the Guild of Hospital Pharmacists Council has made it clear that the middle classes strike "for an improved rate of pay for their profession."
