Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WINDSHIELDS, which operates a round-the-clock replacement service, has appointed BRS Engineering Services to provide 24hr service and maintenance on its more than 100 vehicle fleet operating on a national basis.

Although commercial vehicle maintenance and engineering is an Om business in BRS each year, this is mainly on local accounts. The Windshields agreement, which started at the end of July, is the second major "national" maintenance and servicing contract won by BRS Engineering since it started operating in June. The other one is with Everest Double Glazing.

Windshields already has a close working relationship with BRS as an agent for, and user of BRS Transcard, the charge card which was created specifically for commercial vehicle operator and driver.

Gerald Raymond, the operations development manager of Windshields, said that "the outof-hours servicing and national network of BRS workshops is more cost effective for us. Its prices are also very competitive."
