Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN a van body made by Palmer Coachbuilder, Ltd., 96 Second Cross Road, Twickenham, for the Better Bakery, Twickenham, aluminium planks have been employed for panelling. The planks which are 8i-in. wide, are so interlocked and secured that a damaged one can be removed and replaced in 25 min. at a cost in material of 15s.

The planks are each half the length of the body so that if the damage is at the rear or front end, only the plank or planks in the respective SectiOn need be removed. With this method of con-. struction considerable time . has been saved on repair work and, 'further, material costs have been greatly reduced.

The basis of the van is a Bedford 3-ton long-wheelbase chassis. The unladen weight of the complete vehicle is 2 tons 15 cwt.
