DECAL/SE of a labour dispute in a Sheffield factory supplying crankhafts to F. Perkins, Ltd., Peterborough, is likely that the production of ngines will be curtailed and a number sf employees temporarily discharged. Mr. F. A. Perkins, managing director, .nd Mr. A. Griffiths, general works nanager of the Peterborough factory, save personally investigated the circumtances of the strike at Sheffield and he Perkins employees have been iotified that pending resumption of upplies 50 per cent. of the productive apacity may be curtailed today.
If the labour dispute persists, it is trobable that the output will be educed 75 per cent by next Friday nd production stopped a week later.
