I N Belgium at the end of last year there were 93,142 lorries under 24 ions capacity, compared with 88,178 in 1949 and 60.524 in 1939. There were 49,099 lorries over this capacity, comparative figures for 1939 and 1949 being 17.328 and 42,633 respectively.
The 1950 total of buses and coaches was 2,325. In 1939 the figure was 1,106 and in 1949, 2,176.
