.FORTY coaches will be used on 1 June 2 to bring nearly 5,000 employees of Rubery, Owen and Co., Ltd., and their families to Darlaston station for a visit to the South Bank exhibition in London. The directors of the Owen organization have made a grant of £1 to each employee and wife or husband, and 10s. to each child to help towards the cost of the outing.
During the Festival, about 350 apprentices of the organization are to spend a week in London at the invitation of the directors.
