Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FRENCH company SIDES of St Nazaire has introduced a new piece of firefighting equipment to tackle hydrocarbon fires in industrial complexes.

Based around a Perkins 6.354 industrial engine, the first of the new VMR 70 G water pump trailers has been delivered to Indonesia.

One of the main design requirements for the trailer was a large capacity reservoir for the foam generator in combination with a powerful jet. The reservoir on the VMR 70G can hold 7,000 litres (1540 gal) of foam compound and the machine's water flow of 600cum/h (approx 2170 gpm) gives a foam production of 4,800cum/h (16,700gpm) — sufficient to feed several jets.
