• Leyland Daf has produced a modified 17-tonne FA 50.160 hi-lift aircraft catering vehicle in conjuction with specialist Norcolift. Modifications include moving the cab forward on to a subframe and lowering it from an overall height of 2,670mm to 2,040mm. This will enable it to service smaller aircraft such as the BAC 1-11 and 146 as well as larger aircraft. The ZF manual gearbox is replaced with an Allison MT643 auto box.
