Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Iveco has opened two new service centres in the USSR, to support the 2,600 Iveco trucks travelling through the country each year.

The new service centres at Muckachevo and Brest supplement the existing Iveco centres in Moscow, Minsk, Smolensk and Kiev.

Iveco already has service networks operating in Poland and Hungary, and negotiations are underway to establish similar networks in Czechoslovakis, Romania and East Germany.

• Sovereign Chickens is purchasing 13 Iveco Ford Cargo 0811s, following an intensive search for a replacement vehicle for the company's predominantly Bedford fleet.

The new purchase, worth around £196,000, brings Sovereign's fleet to 33 vehicles, with the Iveco Ford Cargo now comprising almost 50% of the fleet.

Area sales manager Arthur Norman says his drivers have commented on the car-like driveability of the 6 litre Cargos which are plated for 7.49 tonnes operation.

All the new Sovereign vehicles are fitted with reefer bodies, and will be used to transport fresh and frozen chickens on up to 40 calls a day.

• Four ex-Bedford dealers have been appointed to Iveco Ford's dealer network which now numbers 117 outlets.

Belfast-based Dencourt trucks, Norwich-based Norfolk trucks and SMT Sales and Service in Edinburgh, have all been appointed heavy truck specialists, while Lookers (MS Leaver) of Blackburn has been appointed a truck medalist dealer.

LI Nottingham Iveco Ford dealer Hooleys is investing in a £2.5 million expansion programme.
