• Right-had-drive versions of the Maxi Turbo Daily vans, which were unveiled at the Turin show last month, will go on sale in September. The Maxi Daily will be available at two gross weights, the 4.5tonne GVW 45.10 and the 4.9tonne GVW 49.10.
Both models have a 3,950 mm wheelbase and 15.4m3 load volume which compares with the 12m3 of the current 3.2mwheelbase high-roof Daily, which will continue alongside the new models. Side-door width and the floor width between rear wheel arches have been increased on the Maxi Daily to give room for metric pallets.
The width between the wheel arches is 1,030nam, while side-door aperture width 1,060mm. The Maxi Daily weighs 230kg more than a 3.2m-wheelbase Daily and its retail price will be £700 more.
