Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new low power version of the Cargo 1615 tipper is now available.

Designated the Iveco Ford Cargo 1613, the new vehicle is aimed at local authorities and other cost-conscious operators.

The 1613 uses a Ford 6.2 litre naturally-aspirated engine, producing 97kW and powering through the Ford six-speed 6600-S gearbox (though the eight-speed 8-570-S is available as an option).

Marketing director David Gill says: "There is still a considerable market for a lowpowered 16-tonner, and there is substantial demand for a vehicle of this sort."

The new Cargo costs 221,925 plus VAT, and includes full air braking and power steering as standard.
