• Following the range of low-loader axles with cam brakes announced at the Commercial Show last year, Rubery Owen-Rockwell has now introduced three new types of low-loader trailer suspension. The suspensions are produced in capacities of 17, 18 and 20 tons, meeting the requirements of dual-rated low-loaders. A new range of flat-profile springs has been designed to accommodate cam-shaft positions giving a clean line under the axle beam; the spring seats wrap round the brake cam shaft without interfering with maintenance accessibility.
